Returns and Exchanges:

At Purrs and Paws we always want pets and their owners to be satisfied! We gladly accept returns for items purchased in our stores that are undamaged and without wear. Just bring the item and the original receipt and packaging back to any Purrs and Paws store for an easy refund or exchange.

After 30 days and up to 60 days from date of purchase, refunds will be issued in store credit only.  After 60 days all sales are considered final.

Exchanges are subject to shipping charges for the item, always contact the store before shipping an item for return or exchange.

Return refunds are for the price of the returned Item only at time of purchase not any associated shipping costs,

Remember that pets should be supervised when playing with toys, as no toy is completely indestructible.

When shipping your return be sure to include a copy of the packing slip and to use a reputable shipper that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please allow 2 weeks for processing and the credit to be applied to your account.
